You won't be disappointed with our reporting system. When you review this report, you're not only finding out about the condition of the house's major systems and components, you're learning about the items that were inspected and reported on, including a maintenance manual to help you maintain your new home.
Our comprehensive HYBRID reporting system presents yet another benefit to having HOME INSPEX perform your home inspection. Our HYBRID reporting method employs the use of a computer, digital camera and the acclaimed Matrix Deluxe inspection report. At HOME INSPEX we know how important it is to get the information quickly. So there's no waiting for the report, you'll receive the inspection report with the digital photos at the end of the inspection. And extra copies of the report and photos are provided at the end of the inspection, so you can immediately distribute copies of the report and pictures to your Realtor.
After researching other reporting systems, we've concluded that our HYBRID system is the best. You get the speed, authenticity, confidentiality and accuracy of a written report, combined with the seeing the concerns yourself with the photos, and the use of a computer to perform a variety of tasks, such as viewing the pictures on-site and attaching articles of interest. We don't use our HYBRID reporting system because it's the least expensive (it's not), but because we feel it's the best and you deserve to know as much about the house as possible.
The information from your home inspection is presented in three ways: the written report, the photos and the verbal consultation. You are encouraged to attend the inspection so as to not miss the verbal consultation. During this time you can ask all of your questions pertaining to the condition of the house's systems and components.
The inspection report is VA State Certified and ASHI Certified, giving you peace of mind that the inspection is done professionally and compliant with the ASHI Standards of Practice and Code of Ethics.
Do you need to email the report? No problem. Just let us know before the end of the inspection. We can email you a PDF copy of the report.
