• Previously Certified Mold Inspector (CMI) and Certified Mold Assessor (CMA) by Environmental Solutions Association.


• Currently sits on the Board of Directors and is the ASHI Core Representative for the Central Virginia American Society of Home Inspectors (CVASHI). Past positions held include Chapter Secretary and Librarian.


• Member of the Virginia Association of Real Estate Inspectors (VAREI)


• Inspector Training Associates graduate.


• Approved construction draw inspector.


• Four years experience working for HVAC and Plumbing contractors.


• 2006 Habitat for Humanity volunteer.
